Many views display data in a table. These tables can be sorted by applying either an ascending or descending order to any column within the table. This is done by clicking on the column header of the column you would like to use to sort the table. For example, to sort the Portfolio List View in descending order by portfolio name, click the “Name” column header until it is arranged in descending order. In some cases this might require more than one mouse click. When a column is selected, its sort order is designated by either an up or down arrow in the column header (screenshot).
