For a forgotten Password perform a password reset:

1. Open PX by double clicking the desktop shortcut (screenshot).
2. Click the Password Reset button (screenshot).
3. Enter the email address used when registering in Line 1 (screenshot).
4. Click the Request Email button in Line 2 (screenshot).
5. Check inbox for an email from PortfolioXpert with the subject VPM Partners Password Reset (screenshot). If email is not received within a few minutes, check junk folder and/or spam settings.
6. Copy the password reset code from the email (screenshot).
7. Paste the password reset code into Line 3 (screenshot).
8. Enter a new password in Line 4 (screenshot).
9. Re-enter the new password in Line 5 (screenshot).
10. Click the Apply New Password button (screenshot).
